– Our Three-Phase Cleaning Approach. We divide our post-construction cleaning process into three essential phases to guarantee a spotless finish:
Phase 1: Full Clean Part 1 – Initial deep cleaning to remove construction dust, debris, and residues.
Phase 2: Full Clean Part 2 – Detailed cleaning of all surfaces, fixtures, and spaces to prepare the unit for final inspections.
Phase 3: Touch Clean – A final polish, focusing on removing any remaining dust and ensuring a pristine, move-in-ready condition
CHECK BELOW THE PROCESS OF A POST CONSTRUCTION CLEANING:
PHASE 1: ROUGH CLEAN (Initial Construction Cleaning)
Recommended Timing: After major construction is completed, but before flooring and painting touch-ups.
– Remove large debris, construction dust, and waste (drywall, paint, flooring).
– Sweep and vacuum all surfaces: floors, walls, and ceilings.
– Dust window sills, baseboards, and door frames.
– Pre-clean bathrooms and kitchens (remove grout, glue, caulking residues).
– Prepare space for the next construction stage (e.g., flooring, touch-up painting).
PHASE 2: FINAL CLEAN (Deep Cleaning & Detailing)
Recommended Timing: After all installations are complete, before inspections and staging.
– Deep clean all interior spaces: walls, ceilings, floors, and appliances.
– Clean all interior windows and remove paint splatters or adhesives.
– Thoroughly clean kitchens and bathrooms: cabinets, counters, sinks, toilets, showers, fixtures.
– Vacuum and mop floors using appropriate solutions for each material.
– Polish mirrors, stainless steel, and glass surfaces.
– Remove dust from vents, baseboards, and light fixtures.
– Dispose of leftover packaging materials (cardboard, plastic wrap, films).
PHASE 3: TOUCH-UP CLEAN (Final Walkthrough & Move-In Ready)
Recommended Timing: 48–72 hours before move-in or final handover.
– Conduct final walkthrough cleaning to eliminate settled dust or smudges.
– Inspect corners, edges, and high-touch areas for remaining debris or marks.
– Wipe down doors, switches, and any overlooked surfaces.
– Re-vacuum and mop all floors to ensure spotless finish.
– Final prep for property inspection and resident move-in.
